Michael Mila is the founder and President/CEO of Chicago Appraisals, LLC. He is a certified real estate appraiser in the state of Illinois and has completed over 5,000 appraisals from Southern California to Northern Illinois.
Since 1994 Michael has worked in all levels of commercial and residential real estate services. Michael has performed extensive assignments on all property types, locations and values for mortgage origination, relocation, divorce, foreclosure, bankruptcy, asset valuation, share allocation, common area valuation, trust and estate matters and has been admitted as an expert witness in court proceedings. He has served on advisory panels for real estate related issues.
Michael has authored articles on valuation issues, technology, business management, techniques and market trends. Michael is a well-regarded real estate expert speaking on U.S. and local housing issues and appearing at both local and national appraiser and real estate related conferences, industry panels, trade groups and appearing regularly in media events.
